Good news, the strategy guides will be here within a week, and fulfillment will begin shortly after. If you have not already done so, please complete your backerkit surveys. We can not fulfill your orders if your survey is incomplete!

PayPal Issue Resolved

Hi all,
We have resolved the PayPal issue on BackerKit (we were somehow disconnected, I am assuming it was a security measure). If you had trouble with your survey and you were using PayPal, the issue should be fixed now.

Surveys have been sent out for the pledge manager. Please check any email you may have used to back the Kickstarter, and your spam folder for your survey. If you still can't find your survey please reach out to [email protected] and we are happy to send it to you!
We anticipate this pledge manager only running for two weeks! This is good news, since we will be able to fulfill this Kickstarter rather quickly.
